Why should I choose 1 on 1 coaching?

There are times when we find ourselves in unchartered territory, and that can feel scary. 1 on 1 coaching is helpful in assisting you to clearly identify your personal goals and in developing a plan that will put you on the path to success.

Accountability to another person is also needed at times to help keep us on track to achieving our goals. I like to think of it with the analogy of a gym. Some people can go to the gym and get the results they want on their own, but some people need a personal trainer to work with them individually to help them get the results that they are looking for.

A 60-minute Momentum Strategy Session to clearly identify your leadership goals. (via Zoom)
In-depth Leadership Assessments to identify your strengths and opportunities
Weekly 1-hour coaching sessions for 6 months (via Zoom)
Activities to support you in achieving your goals
Access to mobile/PC coaching app
Support via e-mail/coaching platform chat while enrolled
Prices - $675/ month for 6 months or $3,500 (when paid in full upfront)
